The hospitality from Gurkan and his team made our stay feel truly special and
his personalized recommendations were invaluable. The stunning views from the terrace were a highlight, especially watching the hot air balloons at dawn. Cleanliness was impeccable, but there was a slight dampness in the cave room, which could be expected.

The breakfast spread was quite impressive, with a variety of homemade local products that stood out. The cave room experience is genuinely unique, giving you that authentic Cappadocian atmosphere right from your accommodation.
During my stay, I found that the room lacked sufficient airflow, leading to uncomfortable heat at night, not helped by the reliance on just one fan. There were some maintenance concerns too—like a damp patch in the corner of the room that gave off a musty odor. waiting for information that didn’t come easily was frustrating, and trying to arrange transportation complicated things further had me running around looking for an ATM to sort out payment.

We had a wonderful family trip, enjoying the breathtaking views while exploring the popular hot air balloon rides. The staff were incredibly accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable, just like Mr Josef, who personally organized our transportation needs.
For dads, it would be great to have better cooling systems in the rooms.
